Nutaku or Steam? Compare the same adult game across both by region, device, edition, saves and checkout, then pick the route that fits how you play.

Nutaku or Steam? The quick answer: compare the game, not the store. The same title can sit on Steam while a separate Nutaku page offers another way to play it. Those two routes don’t automatically share editions, accounts or purchases. So start with three things, the game, your device and your region, and then look at how each route takes your money. This guide shows you what to check, in the order that saves you the most trouble.

Same publisher, different storefronts

Nutaku is a platform that distributes games from many developers, and it also publishes games on Steam. On Steam, Nutaku Publishing is listed as publisher for Horny Villa, Town of Sins, Aeon’s Echo, Booty Calls and Project QT. Each one has its own developer: GreenT, Hooligapps, Aeons Studio, 3X Entertainment Limited and xDNA.

Here is what that means for you. Buying on Steam doesn’t create a Nutaku account, and a payment made on another website won’t show up in your Steam purchase history. Same logo, different transaction. The Aeon’s Echo Steam page names Aeons Studio as developer and Nutaku Publishing as publisher, with a Windows release. We also link to a separate Nutaku partner page for that game. Our Nutaku review rates the platform itself, not every game it distributes.

Check your region before anything else

Partner information flags restrictions on Nutaku destinations in France, the United Kingdom, Australia and 25 US states; the individual states are not listed, so check access on the destination itself. If the Nutaku page doesn’t load for you, a working Steam page tells you nothing about the partner offer, and the reverse is true too.

Don’t plan around getting past a restriction. Instead, look for an official route that serves your location and carries the edition you want. Availability can change, and a restriction on one destination doesn’t automatically apply to every game with the Nutaku name on it. Be wary of any guide that says a title is “available everywhere.”

Match the game to your device

Steam lists platforms for each game, and they vary even under the same publisher. Horny Villa runs on Windows, macOS and Linux. Booty Calls covers Windows and macOS. Aeon’s Echo, Town of Sins and Project QT list Windows only. If you play on a Mac, that alone narrows your choice.

A desktop listing doesn’t mean there’s an official Android version. If you want to play on your phone, follow the developer’s or distributor’s current instructions, and start with our Android shortlist, which only includes games with an explicit Android build. Town of Sins also has its own web version on townofsins.com, so some games give you a browser route as well. When one route is a desktop client and the other is a browser service, compare the account and device requirements of each.

Compare editions, not just prices

Crush Crush shows why a base price can mislead. The Steam base game is free, but its 18+ Naughty DLC is a separate purchase. Someone talking about the add-on is talking about a different product from someone who only means the base game. Seasonal stories work the same way: in Being a DIK, Season 3 requires both the base game and Season 2. A low entry price only means something once you know what you actually want to own.

For a real price comparison, use the checkout page in your own currency. Taxes, conversion and discounts all vary, so we don’t put one universal price on games with several editions. Our Steam shortlist flags these edition splits so you can pick the version that matches your plans.

Moving your progress between stores

Already playing a game on one service? Keeping your account and saves may matter more than a small price gap somewhere else. Look for a clear, current statement about linking accounts, transferring saves and keeping purchases between the exact versions involved. A shared title and publisher don’t mean cross-save, and we haven’t confirmed cross-store transfer for any game in this guide.

Keep your original install and account until the new route works. If the instructions are unclear, ask official support a precise question: name the version you play now, the version you want to move to, and what you want to bring across (progress, purchases or both). You’ll get a more useful answer than if you ask whether the game “syncs.” And don’t pay twice just to find out.

Who takes your money and handles support

Before you buy, note the store or payment service named at checkout and how to reach its support. Read the terms shown there instead of assuming another store’s rules apply. Keep the receipt and the product name. A publisher’s logo is not a support promise, and a review site such as LewdRadar can’t access your game account or reverse a charge for the distributor.

We link to the official source pages, so the partner route is never your only option. Neither route makes one store cheaper or its edition more complete; only a current, like-for-like check of the same game can tell you that.

What players think of the games on both

Steam reviews give you a quick read on a game before you pick a route. As of 5 October 2026, Aeon’s Echo holds 73% positive from 4,845 Steam reviews, and Horny Villa holds 73% positive from 6,376. Read the full Aeon’s Echo review or Horny Villa review for what each game offers. Then compare the routes yourself, using the same edition and platform. The winner can change from one game to the next; no storefront wins every time.

Which one should you try first?

  • You’re new and on a Windows PC: start with the Steam listing, check the platform and description, then decide.
  • You play on a Mac or Linux: Horny Villa covers both on Steam; Booty Calls covers macOS.
  • You already have progress on one service: stay put until the developer confirms a transfer.
  • You live in a flagged region: check official availability on the destination before you register.
  • You want a specific adult edition: confirm what’s included, such as the Crush Crush Naughty DLC, before comparing prices.

Regional access, offers and account features change, so check them again right before you sign up or pay.
